    We offer you high quality machines with 2 years guarantee . we will give u spare part free in 2 years

  • How about the spare parts?

    We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines, shipping together.During the warranty time, we will supply the spare parts, and the we will responsible the delivery charge.
     

  • When can I get my machine after I paid?

    Normally production time is around 30-65 days, the exactly depend on what kinds of machine you ordered. The shipping time is based on your destination port.We will deliver the machines on time as the date we agreed both side.

  • How two install my machine when it is arrives? How much the installation cost?

    We will send our engineers to your factory to help install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines.Customers pay round - air tickets, accommodation and USD100 per day per person.

  • Are you a trading company or a manufactory?

    We are a manufacturer, we supply the factory prices goods and with good quality, welcome to visit!

Maintenance Service

Installation problems after the customer received the machine:

If the customer needs to install the machine after receiving it, we will send professional engineers to the place designated by the customer to install and debug the machine, and be responsible for training the customer's operators until the operator can use the machine.

Problems in the use of the customer's machine:

Within the warranty period (2 years): spare parts will be provided free of charge, and engineers will be arranged to provide on-site service if necessary

Beyond the warranty period: the main parts shall be provided at their own expense, and engineers shall be arranged to provide on-site service if necessary
