Auto Plastic Bottle Cap Assembly Liner Lining Machine
LONSGN automatic assembly Lining machine is designed for the caps which need both assembly and wadding . To assembly different parts into a complete cap and also insert the liner into cap Production Processing:
lifting the caps — arranging the caps — conveying the caps — assembly and inserting the liner — counting the caps — dividing the caps into cartons.
Structural Composition of the Machine:
Cap lifting unit: the lifting unit can automatically convey caps into the cap arranging unit when there is no cap in the cap arranging unit.
Automatic cap arranging unit: it can arrange the caps to be orderly and make all caps with the mouths upward.
Cap conveying unit: accurately and orderly conveying the arranged caps to the turnplate;
Cap assembly unit: assembly parts together into one complete cap.
Liner inserting unit: insert the liner into the cap.
Liner checking unit: to reject out the defective caps .
