Auto Sport Push Pull Bottle Cap Assembly Machine
Features:
LSN-A2S automatic assembly machine is designed for the sport caps. To assembly 2 different parts into a complete cap, this machine can reject out the defective product automatic , The capacity speed can be adjusted, the machine also can be Customized according to customers` caps, and the machine have the counting system for packing ,so very easy for customer to pack the specified number of caps into different cartons, it hugely reduces the cost for factory in labor, qualified rate and increase productivity .which can improve the productivity greatly and reducing labor cost at the same time.
1).Adopted 2 storage barrels matching vibratory disk to choice and arrange the cap direction.
2).Automatic inspect caps whether lock completely after blocked.
3).End product unloading material treats and counting the quantity, the quantity may reset at will..
4).Control system uses touche screen, the flow and the fault automatic demonstration, the operation is easy
6). It can get rid of bad products automatically .
